Delivery & removal
Hand-built to order in our British workshop. White-glove delivery anywhere in mainland UK: our two-person team carries the mattress to your bedroom, sets it in place and takes all the packaging away. We confirm the date and time with you in advance.
Guarantee & care
Ten-year mattress guarantee. Turn or rotate as advised in the first months to let the fillings settle evenly, and keep it on a supportive base — a tired base will shorten the life of a good mattress.

The details
The Reserve is hand-tufted. The layers are drawn together by hand, with wool tufts pulled right through the mattress instead of glued or machine-quilted. It holds its shape for years longer, and it is why the surface has that soft dimpled look.
The fillings are natural throughout. Wool, cotton and cashmere, over a deep spring core, finished with a hand-stitched rolled border. It is the heaviest thing we make and it is meant to outlast the bed it sits on.
